“Easy like Sunday morning” was the refrain for this sleek and oh-so-elegant Jazz brunch wedding at the Overture Center for the Arts in Madison. Callas took center stage and set the theme for this black tie affair. And why shouldn’t they – the epitome of clean-line elegance and chic style?
Kelsey positively glowed with her bouquet of pure white + champagne callas. A backdrop curtain of strung callas anchored the space of the ceremony, framing Kelsey + Sam as they exchanged vows and then again for the brunch reception, strategically framing their sweetheart table.
Pedestals overflowing with stately giant callas dotted the sunny expanse of the ceremony on the third floor.
Clean white lounge vignettes encouraged a spirit of mingling for the brunch; callas submerged in cylinder vases carried the theme throughout. Dark greens with striking shapes adorned the grazing table and bloody mary station.
The calla curtain backdrop from the ceremony was moved to frame the sweetheart table for the reception. We are always strategizing how to make the most of the ceremony flowers to keep them shining throughout the entire event.
